Dr. Rimaletta Ray, a scholar and a college professor of Psycholinguistics at the University of Connecticut (UCONN) and the Norwalk Community College, CT, is originally from Riga, Latvia. She has taught most successfully in several colleges in the USA for 28 years. Dr. Ray has earned her doctorate from the Academy of Sciences, Brain Institute in Moscow. Dr. Ray is a member of the Psychological Association in Berline and an ardent follower of the world-known psycholinguist Leo Vygotsky. She believes that education should be inseparable from inspiration and personality creation as the indispensable skills that need to be developed from birth, especially at the time of AI expansion.
